easy swap, the biggest problem a friend and I had was finding the right bell housing...157 tooth flywheels use a small bellhousing, 164 tooth flywheels use a bigger bell housing... The bigger bell housing is more common on 1970 and up trannys. 1970 trannys can be identified by the dipstick going through the case, 1969 and earlier the dipstick tube goes into the side of the pan. I would stick with buying parts from PA, performance automatics, their products are pretty good. Have fun
