Drivetrain Aode To Manual Conversion

I've completed a trans conversion from a AODE to manual setup.. But I'm having problems getting the car to only start when the clutch is engaged..

I see a wire in the shop manual but can't find it. I know alot of people have done this before .. I have what I thought was 95 Manual computer but I am apparently the victim of a bad sale on craigslist...

I'm looking for what the best approach is .. Is this as simple as a wire , do I need a new PCM, or and use a DIY tuning kit like Tweecer to change a parameter.
