But to get a sticker / vinyl on without wrinkles you need to do the following:

1) Clean the surface of all wax, dust. Most parts stores carry this type of cleaner.
2) Get a squirt bottle and fill it up with water
3) liberally spray the area where the sticker is being applied and the adhiesive side of your sticker / vinyl.
4) Put the sticker on the car and position it how you want it
5) use something to spread the air bubbles out to the edges. Start in the center and work your way to the edges.
6) Leave the car in the sun for a couple of hours to let the water dry...

Whala! no air bubbles

That's exactly how I did my graphics. Cleaned first with denatured alchohol to make sure all the wax was off. My graphics came with an application fluid. Can't remember what it was called though.
