are autorotor and kenne bell the same?

someone said that autorotor makes the chargers kb uses and sells. if so where do i get info on the autorotor ? and can you buy directly from autorotor? must be cheaper to go direct. mabey i just heard wrong though. hopefully you guys can set me straight on this, so i can figure out which supercharger to get for my 04 gt. thanks

Try the Whipple kit as an alternative to the KB. http://www.whipplesuperchargers.com/product.asp?ProdID=1175 I doubt it's gonna be any cheaper though....

The Whipple made by Saleen sucks for the $ compared to the KB. The Whipple blower itself is good, but saleen's intake design is crap.

I don't think I would be so harsh on the Saleen/Whipple set up. Yes, the KB comes with a much better intake manifold, but no other supercharger kit comes with a decent intake either. Most don't come with one at all, so you still have to use you stock plastic one.

Gotta warn you though....it's no where near complete for that price and it's not emmisions legal. But boy does it rock.

Roush makes a great intake. They just need to back it with a blower that has balls.
