Are GT and V6 Brake pads the same?

Im changing pads on my girlfriends 99 V6 mustang and I have some pads from my 02 GT collecting dust in the garage, are they the same brakes?

Duralast has the same part #'s for V6 and GT front and rear pads.

Yup, calipers, pads, rotors are all the same across all 99-04 V6 and GTs

Only thing different is the v6 uses a vacuum booster and the GT has hydroboost.
