You HAVE to have the cylinders checked to be sure just a hone job will be enough. Have the block deck checked for straightness. Have the crank and rods checked and if they need work have it done. I hope you didn't think its just as simple as a hone job and new rings/bearings lol. Do you have the tools to properly put an assembly together and measure/set bearings clearences? What about ring gaps? I don't wanna sound rude, but based on what i'm seeing you shouldn't be attempting this yourself.
