Are stock main bolts reusable?

No new pistons. I have a shortblock that came from another mustang that ran when it was pulled and was going to be swapped into a thunderbird. Im just taking it apart and putting new rings and bearings in it. The cylinder walls will be honed but not machined or anything.

No do not reuse those bolts. At least measure the bores for taper. Better safe than sorry. I think it would be best to have the machine work done. Better safe than sorry. Just One Man's Opinion. Peace

You HAVE to have the cylinders checked to be sure just a hone job will be enough. Have the block deck checked for straightness. Have the crank and rods checked and if they need work have it done. I hope you didn't think its just as simple as a hone job and new rings/bearings lol. Do you have the tools to properly put an assembly together and measure/set bearings clearences? What about ring gaps? I don't wanna sound rude, but based on what i'm seeing you shouldn't be attempting this yourself.
