Are there even enough people to start a build thread?

Should I put up a build thread in the swaps section? It doesnt look like too many people care to even post in this section so I don't think too many people would benefit from posting the ins and outs of swapping in a big block.

I think there should be a Theory section where we can move past the specifics of a particular year or engine and talk straight theoretical physics of internal combustion and the creation of MORE POWER!

But that's just me...
