Hey guys...i'm finally going to start seriously looking for parts to fix the damage from my wreck a couple of months ago. I need a new front bumper and pass. side fender. i went to a junkyard here in charlotte a couple of days ago and they quoted me about 350-375 for both peices. Now my thinking is that this is a rather "high-tech" junkyard, meaning they use computers to tell you what they have and they can also search a database and order the parts needed. Now would i be paying for that convenience or will it be pretty much that price anywhere i go? if anyone knows any good places around charlotte or is personally selling anything i'd love to know. Also any aftermarket resources you know of would be appreciated. I know i could get an aftermarket bumper probably quicker than a stock one but i'm not so sure about the fender. Thanks guys!!

go to www.mustangsalvageparts.com and they have a new front bumper for 125 plus 35 shipping fees. they have the fendors, but they are for local sales only(they won't ship them). 2 years ago when i replaced my bumper, i paid 250 for it so i guess this is a deal, huh?

Thanks guys..i'm on my way to work right now but i'll check out those sites when i get home tonight. That's a great price on the bumper...the other place was at least 200 bucks. Although, the fender is more what i need because i bought a bra when i first had the wreck to cover up the damage. i also bought the corner light to fix the smashed one but when i tried to put the light in it doesn't line up correctly SO in other words the bumper damage is covered by the bra however the fender being slightly bent out of shape isn't good so stang976 if your buddies damage is on the left side then please contact me. anyway i think that's all for now
