yes and no, I didn't have any SotP gains but 5th had more power for sure... no issues with 950 watt amp and sub either.
Waste of money in the long run if like me you plan on adding a super charger eventually (within 1 year). But everything adds up, and as far as bolt ons go, 200 for 3 HP is a good deal.

No you wont notice anything, but as I said the car had pull in 5th where it didn't before. The pulleys were the first thing other than the Shaker and weld in flows I did. I dont really feel any of my mods any more, but the best way to feel a difference is to go up hill, if you can use a higher gear more comfortably than before then you know you have gained something.

IF you get pullies the Steedas are a good choice. They replace the stock crank instead of piggybacking it. My opinion is they are a waste unless you are looking for a tenth or two at the track. They really don't help you in the real world.

i never could understand paying 200 for ~5hp. 
or spending 500+ for a plenum and getting 8hp waste of money IMO. i would save it for cams or gears

I hope it did give you an increase but more than likely a large % of that increase is just the inaccuracy of the measurement.

I had several before and after dyno pulls after each mod was installed on my car. The average gain in HP was 8RWHP and 10 lbft TQ.

on an older 5.0 they were good for power, but not so much on a 4.6. Waste of money IMO. They are kinda pricey, and the gains are minimal at best. keep the $200 you were going to spend on them and get yourself a predator or something like that.......even a N20 kit. I hate saying it, but NOS is your best bang for your buck in this market.......but be careful with it!!joshheat25 said:
They are better value for money than plenums and TB thats for sure. They are a proven mod good for about 7rwhp. Why does everyone forget to mention they improve your fuel economy by reducing the parasitic loss. They pay for themselves soon enough! I think everyone should have Steedas unless than plan on a blower sometime soon.

I've read many times that they are great for the 5.0s and 4.6'ers aren't getting as much out of them. Personally, I chose not to get u/d pullies because of the harmonic vibration concerns, and a few smaller concerns. Granted not everyone is going to encounter them but I've seen accounts of serious damage to the motor due to harmonic vibrations, and several accounts of the minor annoyances that come with pullies.
Will I have a problem? I don't know. Probably not. Will I risk if for maybe 4-5 hp? No.
