These washers came with my ARP stud kit. I assume they are for use with aluminum heads because they don't fit in my cast iron GT 40's. Do I just omit using them with the iron heads?

It's only an inch or two. What's the big deal?

Those are for alum heads with 1/2" head bolt holes and 7/16 bolts. Leave them in the box.

Some gt40 heads have 1/2" bolt holes too, but not all of them. Like said, omit them, but I wouldn't throw them away. You may need them later if you upgrade.

Keep them, they are worth $50 new. I had to buy them over the winter when I swapped to TEA 205's

Thanks for all the info. I will keep them for sure as I never toss leftover project parts.

Need to develope a good organizing system.

Might have to get a Dart block but don't want to and if I do, then 363 instead of 331. Thoughts on what I've already bought so far.......
