I was thinking of going with the asa js5 16 by 8 rims from tire rack. Anyone running those rims? If so, how do they look? Any rubbbing issues with them or any other problems? I was going to go with the cobra r's but everyone seems to be running them already. Any pics would be greatfully appreciated, thanks for your time.

Hi Wiggy,I also want different rims, most people tell me theres no rubbing with a 17/8 inch rim and tire. But I find that hard to believe cause at certain angles my 16 inch pony's rims rub!!!

i have those wheels with 245 50 16 tires on them in the rear and 225 45 16s in the front and bbk lowering springs, never rubbed. i like them except for the little bolt head things around the rim, but nobody seems to notice them or dislike that but me. i get alot of compliments and like that nobody else has them, and nobody believes they're only 150 bucks a piece. but they are heavy as ****, and if you are mounting your own tires learn from my mistakes, i chewed up a rim doing it. they are reverse mount rims. make sure your mounting machine can mount this type of rim.
