My 2005 V6 fluctuates between 500-750 RRMs every 5-10 seconds at idle when the A/C is on, but if the A/C is off it idles perfectly smooth. Using max A/C, spirited driving and driving for long periods all exacerbate the issue. I have already cleaned the Throttle Body and the Mass Air Flow Sensor and from what I've heard the 2005+ Mustangs don't have an IAC unit.
