At what HP/TQ levels will the stock internals start to break?

I am planning on adding a H/C/I combo to my car, and keeping my Zex dry 125HP nitrous kit. I don't know what H/C/I to go with but before I do that I was wondering if my engine's internals need upgrading. I am hoping for 11sec times.
 
Most of it is all in the tune of the car. If your lean, you are more likely to break internals that someone who is running a more conservative approach.
JMO but even when you go HCI I don't think you'll be making enough power to have to worry about breaking the stock block with a 125 shot.
I was at 460+rwhp for over 2 years and 30K+ miles, it held no problem. I didn't start breaking things till I was in the 500rwhp mark.

It's all a guessing game. If anything was slightly off spec when the factory assembled the motor, it will lead to a disaster later down the road. Or it may just say "beh, I am le tired" and go kaboom.

Just keep the a/f ratio under 12.0 and stay out of the throttle/bottle on the street.

That also depends on your choice of power adder. Turbo and centrifugal chargers are "easier" on the block. The power isn't instantly there as with nitrous and roots/screw blowers. This slower application of the boost (with the turbos especially) allows for higher levels of power. There was an article about this in either 5.0 mag or MM&FF just recently.

Their are products like the NOS Progressive Controllers. here is what summit says about it

My crank let loose at 457rwhp..after 2 years. But on my car (S-Trim) I had alot more stress on the crank than you would...plus I went through like 3 stock balancers..lol
But for a example of stock internals there you go. All my pistons/rods did just fine.
