right now its like 100 outside everyday and pretty humid at time and with the a/c on she will run at 220-225 in traffic and go down to 200-210 on the highway am i in danger?

Shouldn't be a problem. 220-225 is hotter than I would go, but I also think the stock elec fan doesn't kick on till then. With iron heads I think those temps are pretty safe. I know for warranty purposes with used engines the wrecking yards use heat tabs that melt at 240. As long as it's not above 220-225 for long, if it does get hot for some reason it should be ok if it says under the 240 mark
