I just recently put on my Paxton 1200, I agree that it's a dang shame that I have to cover up my Bigs Carb and will very shortly convert to a bonnet for the simple fact that it directs the air straight threw the carb giving it better atomization and there are less places for air to leak out just so your carb is up to snuff, not to mention if I want to tune my carb I have to take out no less than 12 bolts, also just for some extra info I had an edlebrock rpm intake which only gave me about an 1/8" on clearance from the hood and I had a MSD dizzy with the big cap on, 400$ later I have a pro billet dizzy with small rotor and holley intake just to make things fit, either way you go you will love the extra power, I had cold chills the first time I nailed it

i am having a hard time locating the correct boost referenced pressure regulator. currently i have -6an line as my supply from the tank. with the holley blue pump it does not require a return line for NA. because it has an internal check valve. do you think i'll need a return line if i can locate the correct regulator? i figure the pump will just free spin until the boost kicks in and requires more fuel.[/QUOTE]

It should be -8 (1/2") supply from the tank(note: the fuel tank pick up on the sending unit is only 3/8 diameter. It should be replaced with 1/2" line)

Look at Product Engineering regulators.
Again, the best way is to run a return line,(-8 also),back to the tank.
