Hey guys,

I'm looking to buy some of these part locally
instead of ordering them online(unless they are significantly cheaper),
can someone help me out with a local shop or dealership with good prices?

Camshaft cap bolts(need like a billion when re-camming)
Head bolts -(will probably get the head changing kit from GEF)
Rod bolts( arp or stock tty)

i was looking in the SHM catalog and the camshaft cap bolts were like
2.95 a piece and i think there are like 13 per cam! that adds up toalot for a 4v.

Check out Mustangs Unlimited. In their catologs, their prices are higher than say, Summitt. But whenever I don't want to wait for something to be shipped, I'll call them and they have always price matched for me. And always had what I need in stock. good luck

Thanks!

also - does anyone know a reputable machine shop in Atlanta
who would do a valve job on a pair of 96 4v heads?

I'm not real knowlegable on the 4.6 shops, but my brother in law had his 01 Cobra done at Modular powerhouse. They stroked his motor and ported his fr500 heads. Check with them. I'm don't know if they did they work in house or if they use a machine shop, but I can tell you they did an incredable job for him, and this was in the last 6 months.
