Guys sorry to hijack the thread but how do you guys like living in the atlanta area? I may have a job lined up in metro atlanta. What are some decent suburbs or out lieing areas you would recommend?

Well go north of the city, East Cobb COunty is good, with excellent school system.

THen there is Cherokee COunty in which i live and would suggest it.

Depends on where you are workign and if you don't mind haveing a long commute.

I recently moved here and I like it a lot. Former AD military so I've seen a lot of duty stations and METRO ATL is very diverse and spread out.

Gotta match needs .... housing, commute time, medical facility proxmity, schools for children, commute to track or sport facilities.

I live south of ATL because of the job, SOUTHSIDE isn't bad.

Yep, Cobb/Cherokee/Bartow counties are all good to live in

Hey guys, I am a reg/noob over at mustangworld and we are working up a meet in ATL on Oct. 30. Nothing big, just getting together maybe at the Varsity and deciding what to do then. Anybody interested let me know.
