I've seen a few stock Mustang hatch's with rear wipers. They are rare and not easy to come by. Here is a pic..

if you need rear wipers for merkur, I can get them no problem. they might fit the mustang as the windows are close to the same.

I got wipers on all my hatches!! na na!

I think the wipers were only an option up in the Northeast states like Mass, Conn, upstate NY, Maine etc
I havent seens any in PA though, I wouldnt mind having one!

I can take pictures of the one I pulled from mine (leaking).
I cant see it to hard to rig in.
