Audio wiring diagram?

Two options - spend the $10 and get a harness adapter or spend more $ and get a multi meter. Either way, it's really not hard but I think going the harness adapter route is much quicker and cleaner. JMHO.

well its already got an aftermarket radio in it, so i figured it wouldnt be that hard to just do the wiring. Where could i get a harness from, and how easy will that make it?

the premade harneses should take care of the colors. the harness diagram says what wire is what and the stereo harness instructions say what wire is what.

you put both harnesses together on the workbench and then plug the harnesses in - simple and completely reversable (no cutting of stock wires).

the adapter harnesses are 8-12 bucks normally.

good luck.

i get mine at Wally mart, but big box electronic stores (any stereo store really) should have them.

good luck with it.

either should have the adapter harnesses. good luck.

Oh yeah, make sure you have your choice of connection-maker stocked up (solder or crimps). you are gonna make a couple connections. :)
