Auto to Manual Conversion

I would really like to convert my Auto to a Manual
Can someone let me know everything I need to do the swap

T5 - Pedal assy - Gear lever linkage - Shifter etc

This is a link to an article on the swap. I'm not sure if you can access the whole article without a subscription, but I know one of the car magazines did an article on it last year and a search will probably come up with the info on it. By far the hardest part is the pedal assembly. Everything else is straight forward.

By the way my stock crossmember worked with the T5. I'm pretty sure they are the same for aod and t5 from 86 up.

I may get flamed for this, but before you go and spend the money on a swap. Consider what the AOD can do. It can take a decent beating and when built right (check mods in my sign) It can run with the manuals. With a manual valvebody you can out run some of the best stick drivers.
