Autologic Chip, will it work?

my friend has an Autologic chip and he never used it and he wants to sell it to me for $100, he was goin to use it on his 01 GT, i'm goin to need a dyno tune and a chip burned and i was just wondering if that chip will owrk in 94 and is it a good deal? thanks -Jeff

From what I know. Autologic went out of business. Diablo Sport bought them. You should contact Diablo to see if there are any dealers that can still flash those chips. Diablo just came out with the revolution masterchip which is killer from what I hear, all custom tuning using a dyno.
