Guys,

Im installing my autometer lunar gauges.. I have three of them. Its a straightforward install, however, to power and dim the LED backlights int he gauges, I must tap into the 12V dash lighting wire and the Ignition wire. I cant seem to get proper access to the wires behind the fuses under the dash, so would it be acceptable for me to just tap the fuses corresponding to the 12V and ignition? I did this with one gauge, and it works great, but im afraid to tap them with two more wires. Will this overload the fuses?

You shouldn't have any problem running them all off 1 ign wire.I have had 4 running off 1 for quite a while with no problems. The wire for the lighting can be spliced in to the blue/white stripe wire off the dimmer fuse #37 I believe or the back side of the headlight switch.

yea, in the manual it's called "adjustible illumination" go to autozone and get one of those fuse tapper things, makes it SUPER easy.
