axle housing bushings options

I really like my poly bushings. PITA to burn out stock rubber ones with just propane. If you get mapp gas or even better oxyacetolene it is much easier to burn those things out. I've heard that poly bushings like to squeek, but mine haven't made a sound for 10,000 miles so far.

hey 95cobraguy do the spherical bearing make any noise, did the improve anything like traction, side-side movement, better turning?
do they make the ride ruffer?
my car does have a bit of harshness to it, especially with the prothane motor and tranny mounts and the steeda double adjustable upper control arms with the spherical bushings at the chassis side and the spherical bushings in the rear end housing. i wouldn't call it a rough ride, but definetly some harshness, but not terrible. all in all, its an improved ride with the control arm setup i'm using. i just put my quad shocks back in so i'm waiting to see what improvement i feel with those, i still need to take it for a ride. i'm the only person i know that will do something to my car and then wait days before i actually drive it.
