ok im putting new 3 inch studs on my axles and i have aftermarket axles. I took off the c-clip and now what my axle still wont budge? how do i get it to come out?

you got the c clips off and they wont move?? WOW 
i have never seen this...
wait a minute you said the c clip... there is two c clips one on each axle.. ok if you removed the sping for the traction lok.. then you removed the wrong thing.. i dont know if it's possible too remove the traction lok spring with the axles in... well if thats what happend there is 2 little c lips on the end of each axle.. you have too push both axles all the way in too remove them...
if thats not it all i can think off is somehow the axle splines and the carrier side gear splines twisted toghter... if thats the case (never seen it before) you may have too break them apart...
