has anyone hooked up the B&M hammer shifter before. Broke the old shifter knob, so replacing it all,. have new cable to, just not sure of what to expect as far as gettign it in. Pretty sure its not gonna just bolt up as easy as it says. Anyone done it and any tips for smoother install.?? and do you like it..
