B&M syntec Trick Shift?

Hey there has anybody used this stuff? im putting it in a T5 manual, i bought it off my buddy for 6 dollors for 3 quarts, thats why i picked it up, i want to know if its anygood?

I would only put ATF in that T-5..I use Mobil1 synthetic and would not use anything else..but that's just my opinion..I don't like experimenting with a tranny and I know the above works very well.

mobil one does work good, but ive tryed b&m trickshift ( the one i used was an atf) and it seemed to work good.
