best i done with stock h/c/i was was 225/287 through aod

Thats becuase your numbers are probably from a mustang dyno. ther is a major difference on how the dynojet works and how a mustang dyno works. Dynojet numbers are more closer to crank hp numbers. If your numbers are indeed dynojet numbes, i would check my valve adjustments or something
