Back speakers sound like wind going through them

I have a system with a amp in the truck. Lately when I turn my car on the system sounds like wind is going through the back set of speakers. It doesn't matter if audio is playing or what source is being used. It some times clears up but not always. Any thoughts?

Are they the factory speakers? Coupe of Convertible? They might be blown.

They are 1 year old Alpines. I was wondering if its the amp that's causing it. The speakers are not blown. The rears are 2 way Alpine speakers which I use just for fill. The Fronts are Polk Audio MMC6500 components speakers they still sound great.
