I finally took my car to work. So I can work on it in the shop. It was a beautiful day to move my car.

Now its time to get to business. Let the work begin.

Well later today after the girl friend went home. I did some work to my car. Changed the wiper motor. Not to bad of a job. The clip to hold the wiper transmission on was a pain. But got it done. A few pics. Now just a few more things to do.

Aside from the rust issues, it looks like a fun car to slowly restore. I just hate dealing with rust.

I have been through 5 fox's. This is the best one I have had. Rust up here is a big problem. Hoping to get it taking care of before its to late.

Thank you. It runs not to bad. Little stumble when cold but clears up as it warms up. Needs a good go over. Can't wait to have everything fixed.

Did some work to the car again. Clean the inside.

Installed the passenger outside door handle.

All back together. Works awesome.

Installed the rear hatch struts.

Tired of having a stick hold up my hatch. Time to change the rear hatch struts.

Thats better, few more things done on the car.

I have this bra that came with my car. Do you guys think I should put it on?? The paint on the hood and the front is all bad because of it. It would hide all of it. let me know what you guys think.

Just so you know, i created this car which is basically your car in my Playstation 4 game Need for Speed. Every time i look at your car it reminds me. I want to paint mines all black one day also. Is yours a real Cobra ? Whats the difference between the non Cobra version ?

My car is Canadian mustang. They were sold COBRA/GT. I think it was to help tell the deference between Canadian and American mustangs. Its just a regular mustang lol

Did some more work today to the mustang. Steering wheel is not losses anymore. Check the breaks. Back breaks need replacing, fronts are good. Ordered my tires today P225/60R15 BFG radial T/A's. 4 to 6 weeks :-(
$750 tax in and installed. Not bad deal I think. Few more things to do then ready for safety. Can't wait.

Found out my tires still won't be in for 6 to 8 more weeks :-(. So I did some other stuff to my car. Trying to keep me mind busy. Got some new clips for the panel on the hatch and installed it.

I also started the tune up process. Did plugs, Accel 8.8 wires, rotor, cap and a oil change. It runs a bit better. Next will be change fuel filter, clean MAF sensor, clean air filter, check timing and check TPS voltage.

Needs a little more cleaning under the hood. Some gaskets replace and good engine shampoo. Maybe some paint to help.

Hey man, just reread through things, don't know how I missed the bra question.

Leave it off, it will hold moisture on your hood and fenders and cause them to rot. Here's a picture of my "new" car, the right fender needs to be replaced because of the bra that the PO had on it:
You can see where the bra was. I'm going to obviously need to strip the hood and left fender to fix the problem (truthfully, I'm going to strip the whole car once I get into it).

The old cap, rotor and plugs looked just a little rusted, huh?

Do you happen to have the old air box? If it were me, I would put it back on instead of the filter you have there now. It doesn't have a big flow rate, but the colder air from the fender would be better than a little more air that is hot.

Keep it up man, post more once you're done with the tune up phase, I'm interested in hearing about how it runs after you're finished.

You'll be much better off removing that cone filter and putting the stock CAI airbox back on. All you are doing is sucking in hot air and getting fan wash.

I wish I had the stock air box, I would put a K&N in it. I might just buy a black BBK cold air.
