In the middle of each side, just under the seat, is a small notch. I believe that by pushing on it with a screwdriver that it will release it. The seat then slides right out.
in a 00, the rear seat will come out by pulling up on it. In the front/middle of each seat in the rear, there is a plastic knob that pretty much clips to the seat. Just lift the seat straight up from those points and the clips will release.
