Does anyone know where the backup light switch wiring on a 1966 goes? I have an original switch with about 12" of leader before reaching a grommet (it must go through the floorpan somewhere near the transmission). My electrical diagram only shows an automatic which has no grommet and runs up the firewall.

This is a auto to manual trans conversion.

Any pics or suggestions would help.

I'll take a look when I get home. But I believe my switch/wiring comes through the tunnel towards the end of the transmission. I haven't hooked it up to the t5 yet.
