I have taken my exahaust off when I chagned my clutch but when I put it back on, I had bad clearance on my pipes because my pipes are barely touching the frame so it will rub against the frame when I am driving. Has someone had problems with the pipes rubbing and what can I do to fix it? I also know that my clutch fork still moves a lot when my car is ideling. Is there a bolt that holds the clutch fork on and if it is, could it be loose and that is why it is moving because I dont know how to tighten the fork and I want to know if I am going to have to go take all the exhaust off and the driveshaft to get to it to tighten it? can clutch forks go out? I dont want it to wear my clutch out and I dont like noises and it is a loud noise when I am sitting at a light. the 3rd bad thing I have with clearance is the quadrant I just put in. when I am driving, I can hear noise coming from where the quadrant is. has anyone had to modify there quadrant before they put it in. I hate noises and I want to get rid of all of them. need help. thanks

I'm not sure I really understood what you mean, but I'll try.

For rubbing exhaust pipes near the rear axle, I've had luck loosening the exhaust at the flow tubes and turning the cat-back a little.

Forks do degrade, as do pivot balls.

The clutch cable should essentially not have any slack in it. I'd properly adjust the clutch cable and see what issues remain.

Good luck.
