anyway anybody ever diagnose a bad computer?? just wondering what was done to determine that. car now jolts real hard at low rpms, with recent surging, getting really hot, idling at 1K rpms, and pops a little while idling like a miss, and never ever running at it's potential somethings wrong. i'll be swapping O2, ECT, IAT sensors, recleaning TB, mass air, IACV soon. but i had a friend hook up a snap-on scanner and the only thing it got was that the idle was jacked and TPS voltage off a little, but it was showing .5 volts and the scanner said it should be .8 volts. going to go through my ignition system as well, last time my car ****ed up in TX it was my ignition box but i'm running stock now, so i'll be going over plug wires, dizzy is a brand new msd w/cap/rotor, coil is an accel. somebody suggested that the TFI could be going south, anybody know how to troubleshoot that??
