Choppy Idle that stalls. Does this sound bad to you? (VIDEO)

Here's my 1991 Mustang, I just pulled, re-installed the stock distributor after setting TDC. I've been trying to figure out a choppy / bad idle for a number of years now. You can see in the first video how it's bouncing around. It stalled on me 3 times, just not when I had the video going. Once the engine heats up enough, it will idle down to 500 rpm, but won't stall. If I don't let it idle for at least 5 min, it will stall out.
The first video also lets you hear it reving, it sounds fine. I don't know what pinging sounds like, but I don't hear it. Let me know if you do.
Choppy Idle + Rev
The second video is showing the timing advance to 16 degrees TDC. THis is more of a general choppy idle video, but I do zoom in to show the timing at the end. If you haven't used a timing light before, this is also a good demo video showing how to do it. I have the sensor wrapped on the #1 wire. The paint lines on the balancer show timing advance. The big line is 10 degrees, and each three after are 12, 14, 16 respectively. ( There's a reason I used to be a moderator on 5.0 tech years ago... )

stock: block / heads / cam / valvetrain / timing belt / crank / dist / brake booster / fan
not-stock: 75mm C&l MAF, 70mm TB, Edelbrock Performer u/l, fms u/d pullies, 200amp SN-95 alt, A/C delete, rebuilt waterpump, rebuilt p/s pullie, 3-core radiator, FRPP silicone hoses, FRPP plug wires, optima battery, '93 Cobra-R master cylinder, willwood prop valve, K&N stuff, steeda stiffening brace, aluminum catch can, 3-core aluminum radiator, 1 5/8" shorty headers, bassani x-pipe, flowmaster 3 chambers
There's a bunch of other stuff done too, but not really relevant to idle problem. Nothing else is stock on the car anymore, except the fuel tank and some of the fuel lines. I guess the instrument panel still is. And the windows.
