Bad news about AGR...

I have a friend that just bought an AGR system and so far has been having nothing but problems. He installed the rack and pinion and the pump and he can't get the air out of the system. The has followed instuctions to the tee and has gone over the whole install a number of times. Because of the air problem it has ruined three pumps ($115 a piece)! To get the air out he turn the wheel back and forth (as said in instructions) for over 8 hours! He tried a vaccum a couple time, he tried everything. He thinks now that there is a problem in the rack.

Just letting everyone know, I'm not impressed with AGR's service or parts. Anyone else have any problems with AGR?
