so ive had this bad squeak coming from my rear passenger-side wheel well. Originally i thought is was the brakes. the pads as well as the calipers were replaced but the squeak is still present. it will start to squeak when i get up to about 30 miles per hour or make a right turn. the squeak does stop when i apply the brake. any ideas on what it could be??

Another vote for the axle bearing. Your tire isn't rubbing on your tailpipe at all is it?

This might be a long shot, but I had a simiar sound coming from my driver's side rear, I thought was the brake pads or something like that, but after more thorough inspection, I noticed an area on the tailpipe where the upper control arm has been rubbing the tailpipe, removing the aluminized coating and thus creating a small rust spot. Have a closer look to see if your tailpipe(s) is(are) rubbing the UCA's at all, the sound it makes on mine is more noticalbe on smooth pavement where there are only very small surface variations and the suspension moves maybe a couple millimeters at a time. It drives me nuts, but I'll be putting either dumps or side-exhaust on the car after the winter.
