BAD vibration!

well we got the 4 speed in and we have a bad vibration when running. was told that it was the wrong flywheel. all the parts came together so we didnt hesitate to put parts in without looking.

anyways, which flywheel do i need? 65 289 with a toploader (plate reads out of a 69)

Generally a 28 oz imbalance flywheel for the years listed. Best to check damper and/or old flex plate to validate 28 oz imbalance. Typically these engines should be balanced with the crank, rods, pistons, rings, damper, flywheel, clutch and pressure plate as one rotating mass. Tossing a different flywheel may be close, but could be off the rest of the rotating assembly.
