ok people i just converted my car to a 5-speed with a tremec 3550. it had a little vibration with the auto but i can feel it alot worse with the manual. it vibrates when it is reved in neutral so i dont think its the driveshaft. im thinking harmonic balancer. has anyone had one go bad with simalar symptoms.

Sure sounds like the balancer to me.

It was probably slipped a little before the tranny swap, then it slipped more after the swap.
