Baer brake 5 Lug conversion Kit

Just wondered if anyone here has installed this kit yet?

This is the kit i bought and i am putting it on this weekend. Just looking for tips or tricks

Baer was on back order with Calipers and Spindles. I put the order in Feb, 17th and i am picking them up today.

$2500 it is $250 extra for cross drilled and slotted rotors

I bought mine through Classic Tube, referred by Baer, for 1940.00 delivered and I had them in 2 weeks. Straight forward install, damn rock hard pedal so I may be chaging boosters to a newer setup.

The 1940 was actually for the fully optioned kit as you can see in my avatar, best deal I found

Ok, let me clarify, I stuck with the 28SP axles as I did not change the diff out yet and dont really plan to since the car is not really a drag oriented car. I dont know how much of a price difference that makes but it shouldnt equate to much if any. I feel I found the best price I could and believe me I looked. I finally called Baer and they pointed me to Tim at Classic Tube. He did me right. When it came, it was in 3 boxes and the Proportioning valve was missing. I called him up and he had me another one within the week. great guy he was

1) Polished calipers
2) 2-piece rotors
3) Cross-drilled slotted rotors

A bit of backorder but it gives me time to dream

Picked mine up yesterday, man they are nice. How much for the polished and two peice?

Base 2300 Killer kit w/ spindles & axles - $2245
polished + $350 (all 4)
2-piece + $400 (all 4)
Cross-drilled/slottted + $100 (all 4)
Shipping +$125
Total = $3220 so I saved $270

Bought my kit from Baer directly, got a decent price, about $2500.00, installed the kit about 2, maybe 3 monthes ago. Brakes are awesome, very happy with this mod for the car
