Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, not sure where to post questions about V6's. Well I have a 2005 V6 5 spd, and I'm wondering what the best bang for the buck is for suspension. Not sure what makes a good suspension purchase. Whether just springs or what is good anyways any info or suggestions are more than welcome, thanks.

I would say springs would be a good place to start aesthetically speaking. Though past experience has taught me that good tires make the biggest difference handling wise.

the very best way to do it is to buy a quality progressive rate spring kit along with new shocks front and rear, an adj panhard bar in the rear and camber plates for the front.

Next to that a good quality progressive rate spring kit, like from Eibach, Vogtland, Roush, Ford, etc. Don't go for anything other than 1 1/2" drop front and rear or your suspension geometry will change too much. And you will need a re-alignment in the front.
