I have an '02 GT and just installed Bassani's Mid-length headers with X-pipe. In the passanger side, one of the tubes is touching the starter and the corner of the trans! It is not rattling but is making a vibration. Did this happen to anyone else? Please Help! Driving me crazy.
Thanks!!

interesting, I had a little bit of a vibration from that exact area but it went away in about two days of driving. I wonder if that was the same problem in my case.

Adding the Bassani stuff dropped my timeslips four tenths. How's that for SOTP?

They have just as much low-end grunt as before, but then just pulls after 3000rpms. They feel and sound nice! Just need to get the car back on the ramps and stare at it some more. It has a nasty vibration from the tubes hitting the starter and trans. This happen to anyone else?? Bassani gave me the run around idiot possible solutions. "Did you check the bolts? "Are they on upside down??" I need a real answer! I'm almost convinced the bend is wrong in the tube!!

Fixed! The tubes were twisted in the collector. Now it's sitting nice.

How does it sound compared to stock manifolds with borla cat back? I am thinking of doing your same set up because I don't think I have enough clearance for long tubes with my car as low as it is. Anybody have any regrets not going with LT's?
