Battery is movin!

Time to move the battery to the trunk, but only one, really idiotic question. How did you folks go about solving the two cables off the battery ( fuse block wire bein the second. ) I dont want to have to run two wires all the way from the back Ive rebuilt a half dozen motors but refuse to install my own stereo, electrical scares the jeebus out of me, so feel free to spell it all out to me

you run the big red all the way back, and you ground to the trunk area

doing what with the cable from batt to fuse box?

run the + cable from the battery all the way to the fuse box under the hood. thats really the best way to do it.

Where do you usually ground the negative to?

put the battery in the trunk. ground the negative terminal to the quad shock. run the positive all the way to the front to the fuse box. modify the stock positive cable so that you still have the cable running from the starter to the fuse box but remove the battery to fuse box. these two wires are attached together. then ground your stock negative cable to a good ground and replace your engine to frame ground cable for a thicker gauge.

I had some problems and ran the ground back to the block and it fixed the problem.
