I just bought a used fenderwell BBK CAI for my 90, the only thing the guy didn't have was the 4 screws that go from the mounting plate to the fender, does anyone know what size I need to get? Also, what is a good product to clean up the polish, because I will also need it for when my used pro-m bullet gets here to clean it up as well.

I don't know what size the bolts are, but for the polish, Mothers Billet Polish works really good for anything shiny.

Oh, and I'm also having trouble trying to get the filter into the fender... it seems that it's just a little bit too big to get in, anyone else have a problem getting it in?

You have to put the filter on from under the car, in the fender well.

Yeah, reach up from underneath the car... it helps to have long arms...haha

well to go up from under, do you have to remove something because where the new air filter is supposed to go, it just looks like a plastic duct of some sort, and by the looks I won't be able to fit the air filter from there.

With the stock air filter and air silencer off you can see the fender through the hole. The BBK filter will fit up from the bottom as hundreds of guys have proved. You just have to wiggle it in the front of the inner fender and up where it belongs. For the bolt size, it should be 5mm. You can remove a fender bolt and test it for size and then go junk yarding for a couple more to make it work.
