Hello,

I really want a new intake for my 96 gt. I dont want to go with the pi swap cause i hear rumors of an affordable bbk setup coming out soon. Anyone hear anything about it? Any body have some info bout when its getting released. I think the p51 is an expensive piece of crap and the frpp one is too expensive.

I heard rumors about a BBK intake, but I have yet to see pictures of a prototype or a release date.

Only thing I heard was that it's price is going to be around $600 for the new intake, that's the only thing I've heard.

The ONLY company out there other than ford that is producing any kind of aftermarket intake is fox lake. BBK, edelbrock and a couple others that have promised to have one out by this fall have not said a word since this summer.

Neither one of those intakes would be very good for a street car.

And I forgot about those two.

The P51 is awesome and I like the way it looks.

I heard the late this year release for the BBK too but have heard nothing lately.. I wouldnt hold your breath.

Edelbrock-they just now came out with Aluminum heads for Clevelands....So maybe we will see an Edelbrock 4.6 intake by 2015.

I e-mailed BBK over the summer and they said Fall... Well someone let them know December is almost here... But there is liek what purple mustang intake manifold do some searches it will pop up... Stupid plastic to save money... Or else we would have an alluminium intake manifold... BBK just released there 5.0 intake manifold so in that in mind maybe spring time they will give it a shot...

Actually.... http://www.bbkperformance.com/products/new.shtml

Someone has quite a few intake manifolds and I hope the 4.6 one looks like the 5.0... They make em for ls-1, 1.8 hondas... Not 4.6... Disapointing... I hope to see something soon... And in chrome!!!
