BBK fuel pump, good input ????

I have to change my fuel pump and i want to know what lph i should chose, i plan to do a H/c/i combo in the future and i dont want to rechange the pump does i should go with the 255 lph, how many horse this pump is able to handle ???? I have good price in BBK sound good choice ?????
