Greetings my fellow stang-a-neers!
Once again, I come to you my friends with question and a scenario.
I'm in my thirties and just sent for my 5.0 from my teenage yrs again. My 1990 anivrsary edition gt which I have owned and kept for so many yrs is in need of restoration. My lil brother needed a car back in TN for college, so I shipped him my GT and well, he had to have cats welded to the custom H pipe I paid to have made back in 1999. the mustang sat for many yrs till this past month when I sent for it and is now once again in Boston. I tossed the cat welded h-pipe and aquired a mac off/road h-pipe, The mac H-pipe bolted right too the shorties with no problem, but the mufflers are no good nor is the over the axle piping or tail pipes. is what i need a cat back system, though there are no cats? Please excuse my ignorance, exhaust is something I always had the custom exhaust shop do, but this time , I'd like to do it myself.
I would really appreciate some feed back .
Cheers
