Hey guys, im about to order some headers, BBK full lengths actually. Are the ceramic coated much different then the non-ceramic coated? The non coated are 100 dollars cheaper. Any help would be appreciated.

ahh...I see. How long will it take for them to rust. My friend just put them on his car, non coated, they look great threw the wheel wells, but they are only 2 days old.

The ceramic coated one will not rust for a looooooooooooong time. A friend had them for a year and a half and no rust..

Performance-wise there is no difference between the two. The chromed headers will eventually trun blue and may get rusty with time. I have had mine for about a year now (chromed) and they are still in pretty good shape. But then again I drive my car only 3K miles a year.

I had cereamic coated BBK LT's installed last july, and they are rusted to hell and back. I'd go with a different brand, see if you can find a stainless steel header.

Well I ordered the ceramic coated last night, they have the highest rating on this site in REVIEWS, so they cant be all that bad, but thanks for the advice. They are by far the best price.

Don't get me wrong, I gave them good reviews too in the past, but that is before I saw how bad the collectors look. I would still go with these over the MAC's tho. Plus, They're still under warranty, I just don't want to do the install.
