I have had no problems with mine after install but everybody that i meet tells me to remove just the BBK alternator pulley and put the stock one back because it will kill my alternator??? and keep the water pump and crankshaft pulleys
Has any of you done this? or like me still have the complete set still in the car.
Will I loose 1 out of my 3 horses that i gained from this kit for doing that?

Underdrive pulleys will not "kill" the alternator. If anything, the reduced rotational rate UDPs offers lowers the wear rate on things like slip rings. The only think you may notice (and I have not noticed with my March pulleys) is that at idle the light may dim slightly the alternator is not turning fast enough to produce 13.8V. This isn't hurting the alternator though.

So I'd just leave the BBK alt pulley there.
