Cant decide on which unequal headers and off road h-pipe to get. Mac or BBk? Which H-pipe comes with the silicone hose to ease installation to the smog pump tubing? That would probably make the choice easy. Thanks for any help. It would be for a 90GT.

Sold it and bought a set of BBK L/T and BBK o/r H pipe and it fit like a glove. Currently running the same setup on both my 5.0's

BBK stuff will last longer. MAC usually rots out right away. Everything MAC I have seen on Mustangs I have worked on looks like crap and has rotted out. I have a MAC cat-back on my notch, but I probably only drive it 500 miles per year.

I have MAC headers, and it stands for MAKE ANOTHER CHOICE!

The BBK have the single flange design which won't warp like the tubes on the MAC. I have installed both brands and they both take some time to get doen in there and fit just so.....but IMO the BBK is just a better piece.

I would choose BBK for a few dollars more.

Mac has made better quality control in the last 2-3 years, from times past.

Sorry, but I do not know about the silicone assist hose...

Take a step up and buy the FMS unequal length shorties - stainless steel tubing, single piece flange and excellent fit and finish. I have had mine for 5 years as a daily driver with no problems.

I have Mac ceramic shorties on my car. They have been on there for about 4 (5?) years without any discoloration or rotting.
