Beat an 03 Cobra at the Track, Vid

I know, "the cobra wasnt driven right" I promise you, neither was the Bullitt. It was both of our first times at the track with our new cars so neither of us were running what we should have been. I beat him twice, so Im gonna enjoy it while I can. If he looks at that thing long enough it will gain about 50 at the wheels and proceed to whoop my ass all day long.

Dont ask for times, they werent that impressive an its only a 1000' track ( i know). Only managed 2.0 60's and ended up having to shift right before the traps, which Im sure hurt me. Tried winding out 3rd once but that wasnt worth the risk, and it didnt help at all either. At a full 1320' Id be right where I wanna be in the powerband for the final 320'.

that was mostly the moving camera affect. I had him by .4388 @ the 1/8th, and .4022 @ the 1000'. Like I said I had to shift right before the 1000', so Im sure that hurt me a little.

On our second run I had him by .1365 @ the 1/8th and .1515 when we crossed the 1000', so I was actually creeping on him a bit on that run. It was good times, he's a cool guy and he will soon be whooping my ass left and right

he doesnt have a plate yet, just temporary dealer tags. Tha car has weld-ins and what looked like a Mac CAI filter and sheild. Besides that its stock. But besides the blower and 3.73s, my car is stock too

The guy's name is Jake and he just picked up the car last week. He's a member of the local car club.

Seriously it's kinda sad to see Acuras and Neons holding more hp on stock bottom end..
